Due to the deep nature of the work I provide, I offer a varied approach to frequency and duration so client’s can choose what feels best for their needs. 

I do fill up quickly, as I prefer to offer a more focused approach for each client’s journey while seeing less clients at a given time. I find that in approaching my practice this way, I am able to honor both my client’s needs in the therapeutic process, the truly vulnerable and genuine work my client’s bring, and to honor my own needs as well.
